About Me
My Story
Full-stack developer turned blockchain entrepeneur.
I was born in 1996, and 5 years old when my family immigrated to Boston, Massachusetts. We moved often and lived modest lives. I remember three core values that I hold to this day:
- If you do something, do it right.
- Good isn’t good enough.
- Don’t take anything for granted.
Up until I attended college, I went to 8 different schools and lived in 6 different houses. If anything, it validated my mother’s appreciation of “New Kid in Town” by the Eagles.
One day in my junior year, 2017, I decided to attend a class I had normally skipped. There, a friend introduced me to the concept of Ethereum and blockchain - something that would change my life forever.
After graduating college early, I jumped straight into an AI startup in Boston. There, I would look at Ethereum price charts and occasionally write code. Shortly after, I left to focus on blockchain - that was where my heart would lie.
A strong referal from my neighbor would land me a job at Bloq working on blockchain infrastructure and staking. I would start my first company, Capsule, a year later with Bloq as a majority shareholder. This would lead to the creation of projects Dollar Store Kids and Ordinary Oranges among others. I served as the CEO of Capsule for 2 years, building transactional infrastructure for cryptocurrencies on Ethereum, Optimism, and Hemi.
I am currently building Fiftysix, a company focused on decentralizing blockchain.
